Privacy Policy
How MAYOWA OPEX handles information you choose to share when contacting us or scheduling a conversation.
Last updated: November 7, 2026
1. Who we are
MAYOWA OPEX is the customer-facing brand of Mayowa Performance Solutions LLC, based in Fayetteville, Georgia. In this notice, “MAYOWA OPEX,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Mayowa Performance Solutions LLC in connection with the MAYOWA OPEX website and services.
2. Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide when you submit an inquiry, email us, schedule an introductory call, or communicate with our team. Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, business email address, phone number, company or organization, service interests, appointment details, and the description of an operational challenge you submit. We may also keep related correspondence and records of discussions. Website infrastructure and integrated service providers may process technical information such as IP address, device/browser information, and basic service logs for site delivery and security. Please do not submit passwords, financial account numbers, sensitive personal information, or confidential or proprietary operating data through our public forms.
3. How we use information
We use information to review and respond to inquiries; contact you about requested services; schedule and conduct introductory calls; evaluate whether we can help; prepare requested proposals or service arrangements; maintain business records; troubleshoot and secure the website; and satisfy applicable legal obligations. We do not use an inquiry submission as automatic consent to receive unrelated promotional email. If we introduce a newsletter or promotional mailing list, we will explain the choice and provide a way to unsubscribe.
4. Service providers and integrations
Our website is hosted using Cloudflare Pages. Our public inquiry form uses Tally. We use an automated connection through Make to transfer inquiry details into monday.com for lead management and follow-up. Visitors may schedule introductory meetings through Calendly. Messages and scheduling notices may be handled by our email and calendar providers, which can change as our business systems evolve. These service providers process information to deliver their services under their own terms and privacy notices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction subject to applicable safeguards. We do not sell the contact information submitted through our inquiry form.
5. Free assessments
Our Warehouse Operations Health Check and other self-guided website assessments are designed to calculate and display results in your browser without requiring a name or email address. MAYOWA OPEX does not intentionally receive or store your individual assessment answers through those tools as currently configured. If you contact us separately or choose to share a report, we may receive whatever information you elect to send. Website hosting and security services may still process ordinary technical request data.
6. Scheduling and embedded content
When you book a call using Calendly, the booking information you enter is processed by Calendly and shared with MAYOWA OPEX to arrange the meeting. An embedded Tally form or a Calendly booking widget may also load content from those providers on our site. Their services may use cookies or similar technologies according to their practices. See the relevant provider policies for more detail.
7. Retention
We retain inquiry, scheduling, and business correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage a potential or active business relationship, maintain appropriate records, and meet legal requirements. We periodically review records that are no longer needed. Copies held by our service providers may remain for periods governed by provider settings, backup policies, and applicable requirements. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion schedule unless one has been specifically implemented.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information in our care. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Please avoid submitting confidential client records or sensitive information through the public inquiry form. If a project requires sensitive operational data, we will discuss a more appropriate, agreed sharing method.
9. Your privacy choices
You may ask us to confirm what personal contact information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate by emailing us. We will review and respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to retain certain information for legal, contractual, or security reasons. If you are covered by a privacy law providing additional rights, we will consider those rights as applicable. You may also contact us to request that we stop sending you nonessential communications.
10. Children’s privacy
This website and its consulting services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the request and take appropriate action.
11. External links
Our website may link to third-party websites, including scheduling, social media, and external resources. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of websites we do not operate. Review their privacy notices before providing information.
12. Updates to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our website, tools, service providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy here and change the “Last updated” date above.
